Description
- i was gifted a box camera last month, and inside it was an unknown, unused roll of film.
- i shot it on the darkest and rainiest day of the year, and discovered afterwards that the film was old. very old...
- first tip: a very dead and dry spider fell out of the metal take-up spool when i took the film out.
- second tip: all the info on the roll of film was "Panchromatic Made in Belgium".
- upon further investigation (through google of course ) i discovered the film was manufactured by a company called Gevaert, who in 1964 merged with Agfa. so this film was most likely produced prior to that merge...
- much to my surprise i managed to get 10 images out of this roll; they're all heavily scratched of course, and some have weird chemical burns on them, but still... 1964!! this film is older than me!
- Spartus Full-Vue, Gevaert Panchromatic film (unknown ISO), expired ca 1965, negative scan
